The space
Welcome to this fabulous designed spacious apartment, one bedroom with one bathroom, open space living and dining area with a city view balcony with sitting furniture, enjoy the sunshine with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of New Zealand fine wine in the afternoon, chill and relax.
Everything you need to cook a fabulous dinner, including a toaster, kettle, electrical stove, cookware, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We also prepared cutlery and dinnerware.
In the living and dining area, a floor-to-ceiling sliding window provides maximum sunshine and a balcony to chill and relax.
There is a walk-in shower, washing machine & dryer, and laundry detergent in the bathroom.
Guest access
Guests have the whole apartment exclusively by themselves and have access to the In-Building Heated Pool, Sauna, and Gym. Open hour, 7 days, 6 am - 8 pm.
Additionals
You can rent on-site parking (there are very limited spots, always fully booked, only take advance booking) with us, and the cost is $450 per week.
